I enjoy all aspects of communications and computing.
Anything that frustrates people with computing, usually has a reason and just needs to be looked at from a different perspective. People usually put enough money & time into the right elements, leading to few visits or IT people on-site. If that is not done, then there are usually always teams of IT people to tackle everyday issues and undesired experiences.
